Juicy Yummy Goodness...Pork...It's what was for dinner!

Are you inspired?  If not, maybe you should give this a shot!

Imagine, juicy, mouth watering pork that melts in your mouth with each bite!  It can be done, I promise!

First things first...get courageous, get out of that rut, and get creative!  Check out www.porkbeinspired.com for some great tasty recipes using different cuts of pork you wouldn't normally use.  Once you pick a recipe that sounds good for you and your family, the next step is a little easier!

Head over to Kroger and buy some pork, look for the silver and blue select label on the packaging, don't buy it if it's not there!!  Be sure to pick up those succulent sides and all the flavoring you need to work on your pork creation.

Head home and get started on cooking!  Be sure to check the temperature of your meat, you don't want it to hit 160, you want to go right around 145 degrees.  WHAT?!?! yup you heard me right, 145 degrees, I promise you'll be glad you did.

By cooking it to 145 degrees, you are now going to enjoy a mouth watering, juicy piece of pork that will melt in your mouth.  Because Pork is leaner than ever, we can now cook it at a different degree to help keep those juicy flavors instead of drying out the pork by cooking it to 160.

Go try it for your self, I know you'll thank me later :)

Happy eating!

Burts Bees Intense Hydration Line Review

I love beauty products. I have tried many different kinds and enjoy trying out a new beauty product to see how it is in comparison to what I use regularly. The first time I used the cleanser my first thought was yuck this smells awful. The second thought came after I rinsed it off my face and hands and my skin had this weird feel to it (hard to explain) but it was not pleasant. But I kept pressing on. I decided to do the mask. I read the instructions and thought to myself...hmmm...never have used a mask you don't rinse off, this could be interesting. Again, the smell is something I couldn't get past and this time it caused me to go into a sneezing fit. I kept it on though for the full five minutes and wiped it off with tissues like it said. This was weird to me. I didn't like the way it felt on my face once I wiped and after wiping my face several times it still wasn't right, something was off. I kept rubbing it in my face making sure it was nice and blended in and then went about my morning. After my first cup of coffee, I noticed that oil was coming out all over my T-zone area. Being someone with habitually dry skin, this was a new thing for me and I hated it. For the next hour, I kept wiping my face and finally decided I needed to wash my face off with my regular cleanser.

I waited a week and decided to give it one more chance so I did the same steps as above and this time used less of the mask but still, unfortunately had that same oily feel.

The ONLY pro that I can find in this is that it does make my skin soft, and the hydration does last longer than a day, however, the getting to that point was too much work and I don't think I'll be using it again. I am going to pass it along to a family member to see if they have better results!

Green Mountain Fair Trade Coffee Review

Recently we received our Bzz Kit for Green Mountain's Fair Trade Coffee.  We love coffee in our house so we were very excited to get this!

It came with four different flavors to try and we did try all four.  Our overall rating of the grouping was 4 out of 5 stars.  It would have been 5 stars, but there were two flavors that we didn't really care for.

Extra Bold Sumatran Reserve - This coffee is a very strong coffee.  It is much too bold for our taste.  If you like strong/bold coffee, however, then you will like this coffee.  It just isn't for us!

Colombian Fair Trade Select - This coffee was our favorite out of the four.  It has an excellent taste and we definitely recommend it as a daily choice.  We will be buying more of this flavor!

Vermont Country Blend - This one was ok, but not great.  It is a little too bold for our liking.

Wild Mountain Blueberry - This coffee is very good!  It smelled wonderful when making it and when tasting it, you could taste the blueberries as well.  If you don't like blueberries, however, then you won't like this coffee.  The flavor wasn't too strong, wasn't "fake" it was just the right amount to add a flavor to coffee without overpowering the coffee.

Overall, we recommend the Green Mountain Fair Trade Coffee!  If you haven't had it yet, give it chance!
